1. At the point of delivery, installation or self-collection, please check the product thoroughly. There is no return or replacement once customer sign off the delivery order. We do not accept return at all times.
  2. Product that is damage or defect must be notified to us immediately upon delivery, installation or self-collection. Customer must not sign the deliver order.
  3. We will process the replacement for valid cases and no refund request allowed.
  4. We will not bear any charges incurred by customer during the process of return, exchange of merchandise.
  5. Cancelled orders are our bigger problem. Highly customized product cannot be cancelled once order has been placed.
  6. We reserve the rights to make amendments to this policy without prior notice.
